About Tony Tryst

Tony was born and raised in the Bay Area, California and has always had a passion for quality music and finds inspiration all around, from the gritty streets to the serene beauty of our natural environment. Having a father and uncle who DJ'd back in the day, and a cousin who has been in the biz for quite some time, it is a natural assumption to say that music is in his blood. 

When he was introduced to the music genre, House, it was the start of a love affair; It was love at first beat, which grew into the love for ALL beats! He especially enjoys listening to the funky bass beat and the sassiness of the sax and horns along with a deep bass groove. Tony’s interest guided him to enjoy music from around the world and a DJ’s ability to keep the crowd moving. It was like nothing he had ever experienced. This was the turning point for Tony that drove him to invest in DJ equipment so one day he could lift a crowd with his own beats. 

After wrecking the decks at a few house parties, it was apparent that a natural ability existed, and it has been downhill from that point on. He has been playing at clubs all around the Bay Area, and now in Portland. Things have taken off for Tony and there are no plans to stop. Whether you are in a lounge chilling with friends or at a club dancing the night away, Tony has the music you want to experience.
